Sharp acting skills were necessary for your performance; this required mimicking other people’s behaviors and reactions to make sure no one noticed anything off about you. It took a lot out of you, but it was worth blending in. Only a select few people can truly see your authentic Self.

And NO match goes without some battle scars.

Using your voice or speaking up for your needs was terrifying, and asking for help felt limiting. Your brain said, “Don’t cause trouble or burden people with your issues.” It just made more sense to flee a harmful person or environment.

Ages 13+. Virtual therapy services using a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform with time slots ranging from 30 – 90-minute sessions.

Group Therapy

It hits different when you feel like you aren’t alone in this, and that’s totally valid. Virtual group therapy services are offered in 90-min. sessions to accommodate for all members’ participation.

Esports Workshops

Helping Gamers prevent competitive burnout, while preserving their love for gaming. Offered individually or in Team-based workshops in 50-90 min. sessions.

        Have you ever watched The Wire? The story line progresses quickly even though you don’t really feel like it each episode. It feels natural. Talking with Vannessa felt the same way.
